NO MÁS PRIVATIZACIÓN, SAQUEO Y CONTAMINACIÓN
JUEVES 21 DE DICIEMBRE, 16:30HRS, PARQUE ALMAGRO (STA. ISABEL C/SN.
DIEGO),
METRO UNIV. DE CHILE. STGO. CENTRO.
El próximo jueves 21 se realizará la marcha contra los proyectos
mineros
Pascua Lama y Veladero, de la compañía transnacional canadiense
Barrick Gold
Corp. En esta instancia se hará entrega pública del fallo emitido en
el
juicio ciudadano realizado durante el Foro Social Chileno, tanto al
consulado argentino como a la Presidenta de la República; se
repudiará la
resolución del organismo argentino símil a CONAMA que ha aprobado el
proyecto Pascua Lama; y se lanzará oficialmente la campaña de "El Día
Mundial contra Barrick Gold".
El Movimiento Anti Pascua Lama se concentrará a las 16:30 hrs. en el
Parque
Almagro, comuna de Santiago, para concluir el recorrido en la Plaza
Cerro
Huelén, ubicada a un costado del Cerro Huelén o Santa Lucía.

DIEGO),
UNIV. DE CHILE STATION. SANTIAGO DOWNTOWN, CHILE.
The next thursday 21th will take place a demonstration against Pascua
Lama
and Veladero, mining projects of the Canadian Transnational Barrick
Gold
Corporation. In this act, it will be publicly given in the sentence
emmited
in the citizen trial -that was organized during the Chilean Social
Forum-
both to the Argentinian Consulate and the Chilean Republic President;
it
will be repudiated the resolution of CONAMA's simile enviromental
guvernmental Argentinian organism CIEAM, that has aproved Pascua
Lama; and
it will be oficially launched "The World Day Against Pascua Lama"
campaign.
The Anti Pascua Lama Movement will concentrate at 16:30hrs in the
Alamgro
Park, Santiago Downtown, to conclude the route in Cerro Huelén Plaza,
located next to Huelén- St. Lucía Hill.
